What we collect when you apply, why we collect it, and how your information is protected.
When you apply we collect your full name, email address, Instagram username, city, selected role, available device, internet availability, any experience you choose to share, your transaction reference and any payment proof you upload.
Your information is used only to verify and assess your application, to communicate with you about it, and to keep the administrative records required by our published process.
Uploaded payment proof is stored privately and is accessible only to the team members who verify applications. It is never published or shared publicly.
We never ask for banking passwords, card PINs, CVV numbers or OTP codes. Do not share these with anyone claiming to represent us.
We do not sell your information. Details are shared with a client only where necessary for onboarding after a candidate progresses, and with service providers who help us run our systems.
Application records are retained for as long as needed to administer the process and to meet record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us to correct or delete your application information at any time by contacting us on Instagram with your Application ID.
Our only official contact channel is Instagram, @apexglobal00. We do not operate WhatsApp or telephone support lines.
